Yes. Age rarely rules out stump removal. Stumps that have sat for years, or have started to rot and soften, can still be ground out. Older stumps are often easier on the grinder, though hard, dry or heavily rooted ones take longer.
Partly rotted stumps can leave uneven pockets and a patchy root system, so the crew checks the stump during the inspection and explains what can be removed before work starts.
For heritage-listed or protected trees, council permit rules apply to the tree before removal, so check the requirements first. We can guide you through them.
Every quote includes full site clean-up. Wood chips and green waste are taken away or, if you prefer, left as mulch for the garden. Pricing is quoted upfront and covers the work as described.
When the crew leaves, the stump is gone, the ground is level and ready for turf, paving or new planting.
