The situations that need an emergency response
Storms and high winds can bring down limbs or whole trees without warning. Call 0475 463 597 straight away if a tree or branch is:
- Blocking a road, driveway or access path
- Touching or hanging near power lines
- Resting on a roof, fence or vehicle
- Leaning, cracked or lifting at the roots after heavy weather
Why waiting makes it worse
Fallen trees can block roads, damage power lines and threaten structures within hours of impact. A tree under tension can also shift without notice, so it should only be handled by someone with the right training and gear.
A tree that has come down in a storm is rarely just one problem. Make the site safe first, then deal with everything else.

What our 24/7 emergency response covers
Same-day attendance applies to emergencies only. Our certified arborists arrive with chainsaws, cranes and safety gear, even in darkness or ongoing storms. Planned jobs such as non-urgent tree removal are booked promptly once the hazard is under control.
Next, here is how the crew works through each job on arrival.
